Pioneer’s Gaylord box dumper allows for the safe, efficient and economic transfer of materials from Gaylords, totes, boxes or other containers to your material processing system.
The system shown is a model HD-48 tote dumper dumping into a hopper conveyor feeding a shredder. With a heavy duty steel frame and bucket, other key features include Parker hydraulics, Baldor motors, Bailey cylinders and Allen Bradley electrical. There are many options and automated features available to meet a variety of processing requirements.
