The course offers a comprehensive overview of silicone elastomers, including basic silicone chemistry, mold manufacturing, information about dosing units and molding machines.  With emphasis on processing and problem solving, one full day will be spent at the molding machines with the instructors at M.R. Mold & Engineering.  MR Toub Training continues a decades long pursuit of an open and inclusive teaching experience, where participants from multiple organizations can come together to learn. The teaching staff are directed to become the catalyst of ingenuity and design through collaborative instruction of knowledge-based best practices for our students.

Our mission is instructional, in-person workshop training, utilizing highly experienced industry experts to teach on multiple disciplines that provide the know-how. Our workshops aim to provide a working knowledge of materials, equipment, operations, processing, and quality to round the base of knowledge for our students. The classroom and plant floor experience is focused on practical need-to-know aspects of the subject matter.
