Lorenz Conveying Products, Cobourg, ON, CA manufacturers of pneumatic conveying products has announced the acquisition of Flow Valves International, Evanston, IL, manufacturer of Syntron® and SMS Iris flow control valves. The newly named Lorenz Conveying Products USA Inc. plant, located in Normal, IL will remain with current employees and resources in place.
