Devolatilization (DV) is the process by which un-reacted monomer, solvent, water, dissolved gases, and/or other undesirable volatile contaminants are removed during the extrusion process from a polymer melt to enhance product properties or because of tighter governmental standards. Part of almost every twin screw extrusion system, DV is a critical process unit operation….and often an afterthought. That’s why Leistritz Extrusion has organized this 1st time event.
Classroom sessions: Hyatt Hotel, Branchburg NJ
Extrusion DV demos: Leistritz Extrusion Process Laboratory (transportation provided to/from hotel)
Price to register: $880 on or before April 1st, $980 after this date
