US Extruders, operating out of Westerly, RI includes a powerhouse of the most experienced and well-known individuals within the extruder market. The extrusion team of experts include Bill Kramer, extrusion innovator; Dan Schilke, operations expert; Kevin Slusarz, top screw designer and process engineer; Jeff Lawton, seasoned extrusion engineer; Doug Johnson, experienced salesman; Mike Perri, purchasing and inventory specialist; Eric Adair, communications professional and a growing support staff. The name US Extruders reflects the company’s focus on the North American market and its “Made in America” quality and commitment. The Company extensively uses U.S. made components throughout the extruder assembly.

The engineering professionals will be designing robust, serviceable machines with high performance screws customized for the product’s unique requirements. The company is establishing an extensive customer support structure, extruder repair and restoration services, and a highly capable manufacturing and laboratory facility. The laboratory facility will be equipped for screw design demonstrations, running lab trials, and complete extruder wet tests. The company will employ a straightforward order process from the initial specifications/needs analysis meeting through the design engineering and manufacturing to the final on-time delivery and process support.

US Extruder’s total guarantee includes a 5 year total warranty of a machine built to customer’s specifications, delivered on-time, meeting performance specifications, supported by comprehensive service, free startup and training, and life-time process support.

All screws are designed in house by Kevin Slusarz to work best with the machine and specific process which include Blow Molding, Blown and Cast Film, Compounding, Extrusion Coating, Fiber, Medical, Pipe and Profile, Reclaim, Sheet, Tubing and Wire and Cable.
